PMP4334: Components as N/A on BOM but assembled on the PCB

Hi everyone,

thanks for spending some time have a read here. I was analyzing the schematic of the PMP4334 when I noticed some components (e.g. R32, R34, Q1, ZD4,...) which are stated as N/A on the BOM list but are seem to be present on the PCB itself visible on snvu304.pdf (the file with some PCB references for this design). My question is if they are really assembled on the final board or not. Are these 2 different revisions, if so, which one is the final revision?
