TIDA-01605: tida-01604, PWM, Open Loop

Part Number: TIDA-01605
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-01604, , UCC21530, UCC21530-Q1

I have a question about the TIDA-01605 circuit going into TIDA-01604.
Currently I am using UCC21530
In the circuit, R30 and R32 were soldered, and R31 was not soldered.
I will list the results of researching the data.
1. UCC21530 should remove R30 and R32.
2. UCC21530 must be soldered to R31.

After soldering as above, an Open Loop test was performed using TIDA-01604.
However, when the input voltage is turned on, there is no boosting.
In other words, the gate driver does not turn on, is it necessary to solder only R31 as above???
