Hi ,

I want to develop hall sensored based BLDC driver with as much as low cost.

it should operate from 10V to 36V with max 8A current requirement and speed capacity upto 60Krpm.

it is good if it is without controller.

is there any design with TI support.

Hi Adam,

Is there any driver IC which do not required controller because we want to make driver in open loop mode.

Hi Sayali,

You may want to check out the DRV8306. It is a gate driver device that operates from 6V to 38V (40V ABS MAX) and requires only a PWM signal and hardware settings to be configured to run in open-loop mode. Hall sensors feed directly back into the driver IC to spin the motor with 120 degree trapezoidal commutation.
