Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools
I made a simulation in webench for TPS53319. Operating Values Vout Actual 3.48 V is the first Vout answer.
But, when I start the Electrical Simulation , The Vout is 3.78V.which is right? And why these two answer is so different? The upper resistor is 48kΩ. The lower resistor is 10kΩ.

can you tell me how long does the fix take?Or how do I decide the upper resistor and low resistor while the Vout is deiced?

We are working on this issue with high priority. We will keep you updated on the this.
The section 188.8.131.52.5 in datasheet with equation no. 14 & 17 can be used to calculate upper and lower resistor values
We have identified the root cause of the reported issue.We are working to fix the issue.

We have fixed the issue of incorrect vout actual displayed in opval.
The fix will be tentatively available on ti.com by end of August.
We are observing electrical simulations getting settled to lower value.We are currently working to resolve the same.
