Thanks ti to the design of TIDA-00121.I usied the design for 12W,30w,45W,60W and 75W light by changing the firmware as per the requirement and the results are good.
When it come to battery charging using solar panel, was not able to limit the charging current by changing the values to the variable i.e. CC_LIMIT.
So if we need to limit charging current at 6A if the panel sourcing current is 5 A Design working OK or If we change the wattage of panel i.e. sourcing current Max 20A then it is not controlling charging current.
Any Help on this issue thank in advance.

Hi Hari Krishna,
You need to change the current limit set point in the program. Since TIDA-00121 is a high power design, the current limit may be set at a large value. This needs to be changed.

Yes ,after changing current limit(CC_limit) also did not controlled the charging current i.e.~5A.This was observed in the three pcb's its not hardware problem.

I am not a firmware expert to go in detail to find out the issue. The current limiting part of the code should be quite simple to adjust. Please see whether the ADC channel reading output current is calibrated correctly and the part of the code implementing current limit is running properly.
