No you can not use that part as a substitute. Please contact Wurth as they are the ones that did the magnetics design.

Can we optimize the flyback transformer size by increasing the switching frequency of the IC thereby saving the board space ?
What are the factors which influence flyback transformer size ?
Hi Anand,
It is possible to reduce the size by increasing the fsw, but you need to watch the thermal dissipation.
Increasing the fsw will reduce the efficiency and thus cause the board to get hotter.
According to the test report the temperatures of the components are all below 60C, so there may be some room depending on your ambient temp.
In addition however, the transformer is already quite small, so I am not sure that you will be able to reduce the size much.
