Im using OPA 855 for TIA design but im getting too much Vpp around 50V output with RF 453. is it correct output?. whether im using right spice model for OPA855 or is there any new one? please let me know?,

Dear Hasan

Please find the attached Tina file. I'm using the OPA855 with PD pin and im passing the sine wave input at 20 MHz and I'm receiving an square wave output. my question is it right output?. please let me know.

Hello Sumanth,

Yes, this is correct. You are inputting a 1A amplitude sine wave as your input current, the output of the amplifier is railing and therefore looks like a square-wave.
