Please check if you have permission to %appdata%\Cadence\VBL\TI_PSpice_174\license.

The installer needs to create a file in that location.

Hi Fenrir,

That won't be necessary. We've found the problem. It is caused by non-ascii characters in the Window user account name and are working with the software vendor on a hot fix.

I'll come back and update this post with the availability of the fix.
