PSPICE-FOR-TI: fail to log in

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

Hi Team,

Customer downloaded Pspice-for-TI and got the access KEY from TI. But there was error message when he logged in it. And he already turned off both the firewall and the anti-virus SW, user was administrator. The problem was still not resolved. The computer system is Win10 home version, not Win10 Professional.

    Annie,

    Can you confirm with your customer that their Windows permissions give them them Admin rights?
    Since it is Windows/Home I'm assuming they have that, but it would be best to check before we move forward.

    Please also confirm they are entering the access key correctly, with no extra spaces or characters.

    Customer confirmed that the issue was resolved. In the past, the customer's computer system was WIN10 Chinese Home Edition, which did not support installation. On another computer with WIN10 Professional Edition, his account can be installed normally.
