TIDA-010029: I would like to add audio ear set capability to this PPG measurement. Need reference design or guidance.

Thank you for your interest in TIDA-010029.

This design has not been tested in the vicinity of a speaker and mic as the purpose was mainly to use at wrist or arm.

Also, there is no combined reference design available. However, there is a reference schematic for stethoscope which shows interface to speaker circuit (www.tij.co.jp/.../sprab38a.pdf )

The microphone will need a preamp and matching circuit depending on the type. Here is an example schematic for interfacing microphone (https://www.ti.com/lit/df/tidrye7/tidrye7.pdf )

It depends on how many resources you need.

Depending on op-amps, and other components, you will have to check the availability in CC3200. I would recommend to start with a discrete implementation prototype design and then move towards integrated components.
