PSPICE-FOR-TI: fail to install

Hi Team,

Customer downloaded Pspice-for-TI and got the access KEY from TI. But there was error message when he installed in it.

• He already turned off both the firewall and the anti-virus SW.
• He has Windows administrator rights.
• He is entering the access key correctly, with no extra spaces or characters.

The problem was still not resolved. I have attached error message.
