     If you indeed have TMS320C2811PBKA, it doesn't have on-chip flash memory. However, it has on-chip RAM. Please take a look at Fig 6-14 in page 127 of SPRS174U. You need to use one of the boot-loader options to transfer your code from an external resource.

A photo is only needed of the TMS320C811 device; not of the whole PCB. 

I don't know why I didn't find this document on Ti
