We are running slightly modified software of the TIDA-01168 for our application. There is now only a 4.7k pull-up resistor on the XRS pin of the TMS320F28027. The software has the BOR disabled. We are seeing very random circa 60us resets during load and no-load testing in Buck mode. We are unable to explain the root cause. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
