After downloading Cadence, I click on the .exe file to install it on my computer.
Then it brings up an Authentication block asking for my e-mail address and the Access key number.
I type these in and then click on the SIGN IN block.
After a while, I get the following error message: "An internal error occurred. Go to e2e.ti.com for further assistance".
Can someone help me with this, please?
