I can not authenticate your Cadence PSpice simulation software

Is there someone who can help me with my original question I posted?

I have tried numerous times to authenticate Cadence on my computer without success.

If I have someone's personal e-mail address, I can send you a snapshot of the error message I get.

Thank you for your reply.

No, it is not a virtual machine. It is a standard Windows 10 Computer.

I tried to install it on my older Windows 7 computer, also with no success.

It is likely that the installer could not get hardware information which is needed for limiting the number of machines the access key is used on.

Would you please check if the BIOS blocks accessing for such information?
