PSPICE for TI install on an offline PC?

Is there a way to install PSPICE for TI to a pc that does not have internet connection?

    Hi Umutk,

    Certain activities conducted during the installation process requires downloading files from remote servers, for example, the latest model library.

    There is no way to install without  internet connection.
