When I start simulation, I will get the error message after a while. How to fix it? Actually the simulation works well yesterday.

This is the PSpice version...

I tried 2 projects with the same failure, which passed simulation yesterday.

    Hello Fred,

Are you able to open and edit the design as normal, and this error only occurs during simulation? Could you please archive your project and share it with us? To archive a project, click File → Archive Project. Check the boxes for: Library Files, Include TestBench, Referenced projects, Create Single Archive File. Then select OK, and PSpice with generate a zip file.

I will also contact you offline, in case you do not want to share your files publicly.

    Thank you,

    Jackie

    Hi Jackie,

One of the two projects I tried and failed is the LM74610-Q1 Transient Model by clicking the "open reference design"  menu item in the part pop-up menu. So I believe it's not a project related issue.

I have the following update on the error.

I re-install the PSpice for TI tool on my computer and run the tool again. This time I can run simulation smoothly. Then I close the tool. And then I open the tool again. And I will see the same error box "ERROR(ORCAP-15053): Can not initialize PSpice UI" again.

I tried Switch Version tool under tools\bin folder and see the following. It looks like some configuration is incorrect?

    Hello Fred,

I have not been able to reproduce the issues as described. We believe there could be a problem with your setup. Could you please share your session log? It is the third tab along the bottom of the screen.

    Thank you,

    Jackie
