[FAQ] PSPICE-FOR-TI: What do I do if PSpice for TI has crashed or quit unexpectedly?

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

I was using PSpice for TI and suddenly this message showed up. What should I do?

  • First of all, please zip up the entire project folder and open a new E2E thread to report this. But do not upload it in order to protect you data. We will reply with a file sharing method.

Please also collect the crash log as follows:

    1. Open a Windows Explorer window, type in "%temp%", then hit "Enter" to go to the Windows temp folder:
    2. Look for a newly created directory started with "Capture" followed by several digits, this is the memory dump:
    3. If there're session log and error files created at about the same time, they're helpful as well:
    4. Put all of these in a zip file and share it with us for troubleshooting.
