Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI
When trying to install PSpice for TI using my access key, I got the following message:
What does this mean?
The access key granted to you is good for installation on up to 3 computers. For this reason, the installer needs to read BIOS information from your computer. If the BIOS information is not available, the sign-in screen will display this message.
Please ask your IT department to grant BIOS read permission and try the installation again.
If you are installing inside a virtual machine, it could be that the host BIOS access is turned off in the VM setting. Please enable it and try again.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.
