TIDA-01069: Need help to avoid false triggering with PIR sensor

Part Number: TIDA-01069

Hi...

One of my customer is looking for the solution of PIR sensor application which can avoid false triggering. Their product will be installed somewhere in remote area which will be battery operated. On a PIR triggering their camera take pictures and sending it to central server.

So the real issue if false triggering will be there, the battery will discharge quickly & may not be last long enough as per their need. Assume a case if if product is installed on a field & due to movement of crop PIR sensor should not give a trigger.

Customer is referring TIDA-01069. They want confirmation if the provided TIDA design is capable of handling such instance in field.

If we have any better solution, pls. do share.

Below are the requirements for the PIR module.

1) Detection range up to 25 to 30 meters.

2) Avoid false triggers due to motion of trees and leaves or crops.

3) low current consumption.

Any other solution will also helps.
