I have to do SI analysis on my board which has Kintex-7 FPGA in it. My SI analysis will be done for SATA 3.0 protocol which will be 6Gbps. My customer has provided SI analysis report done for his board. I referred TIDA-00423 and the sigtest parameters are similar to SI analysis report I have. Can you please let me know how to determine respective parameters are within the required limit. I am attaching the SI test values provided by my customer.

I am attaching the snapshot of the same. As per SATA 3.0 specification, the UI(min)=166.6083ps and UI(max)=167.5583ps. In the attached image the Minimum eye width obtained is 118.87ps. So is it very less than the UI. But how is it considered to be pass.
min eye width just need to pass eye mask. most test report should show the test limit. not sure why your report didn't
center blue one is the mask, if waveform touch the mask, it fail. Most protocals has eye mask for transmitter. the red line is the min eye width
