Unable to generate designs

Hi Webench Team,

Can you help us check why Webench is currently unable to generate designs with the LM61460? Operations conditions are Vin = 9V-32V, Vout = 5V@2A.

Asking this as our customer was able to generate designs with these conditions last Nov/Dec 2020 (see image below) but they are now unable to generate one. Tried replicating on our end and had the same results.

    Hi Jejomar,

    I recently sent in a support ticket to the WEBENCH Design team on a similar issues (VIN = 8V-24V; VOUT = 5V; IOUT = 3A) which was not simulating and providing design error message. The ticket has been assigned to a support team member and he should be working on fixing this bug. Perhaps this issue is related to the one I just mentioned. When I get more details on the progress of this support I'll let you know.

    Hi Jimmy,

    Many thanks for looking into this. We'll share these initial information to the customer. Hope that the issue gets resolve at the soonest as PCB layout is done on our customer's end and they're now in the process of going into production. They'd like to utilize our Webench designs for reference on this process.

    Hi Jejomar,

    I got word from the WEBENCH support team and we are actively working on this to get it resolved.

    Once it is resolved it usually takes one week to have it refreshed and uploaded on the WEBENCH servers for public use.

    Stay tuned for more information on when this will be available.

    Hi Jejomar,

    The WEBENCH support team should be having a scheduled review of the updates today. Please expect the latest model of this device to be available sometime next week for simulation. There was some coding issue in the model that prevent stable designs from being created and should be fixed in this next revision.
