    [FAQ] What if my PSpice for TI license is not working?

    PSpice for TI licenses are valid for one year, so check to see if yours has expired. Log in to your TI.com account to renew/re-validate your license(s). If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the TI Customer Support Center.

    [FAQ] Will my PSpice for TI license expire?

    Yes, each license is valid for one year. After that time, users must log in to their TI.com account to renew/re-validate their license.

    [FAQ] Are there limitations to the number of licenses I can hold for the PSpice for TI tool?

    Yes. Each myTI login may get 1 license which is good for installations on up to 3 computers.

    [FAQ] I get license expiration warning in the middle of my session using PSpice for TI. What should I do?

    Your licenses are about to expire. Please connect to the internet if you are not already online. PSpice for TI will automatically refresh the licenses. If that does not work, please reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.

    [FAQ] I was able to use PSpice for TI for the past couple of months. Suddenly I restarted my application and I cannot use it anymore? Why?

    Please check if the error message is directing to Internet. It could be that you had stayed offline for more than 30 days.

    [FAQ] Does PSpice for TI need a license to run?

    Yes. PSpice for TI does need a license to run. This is installed as part of the software installation and it is validated periodically by the PSpice of TI application.

    [FAQ] How long can I be offline while running the PSpice for TI application?

    Once you have a successfully validated, you can stay offline for 30 days. After which if you are still not connected to Internet, PSpice for TI will warn two times and then exit.

    [FAQ] Do I need to be connected to Internet when I launch PSpice for TI for the first time?

    Yes. PSpice for TI will need to connect over the Internet to validate your credentials. If you planning to go offline, we strongly recommend you stay connected for 24-48 hours before you go offline.
