Hi,

SN74LVC1G04 only have a IBIS and a HPSICE (encrypted) model. I need a PSPICE model for LTSPICE or TINA simulation. Anyone knows where to get it or how to convert IBIS or HSPICE encrypted to PSPICE?

    Esaki,

    It is not possible to convert IBIS models Pspice.
    This Hspice model is encrypted and cannot be converted to Pspice.
    Unfortunately there are no available Pspice models for this device.

    One alternative may be to use an inverter model from the internal Pspice libraries.
    If that is not acceptable, please have your TI field support rep submit a model request on your behalf.
