It's possible... different people might use different method, but the following is the one I use

1. Probe the Voltage power supply

2. Probe the Current of the power supply

3. Take the average of #1 and #2 (if using transient simulation), then do multiplication P  = Avg (VCC * ICC)

If you have more than one power supplies, then one need to add them up together

Power = Avg(VCC1 * ICC1) + Avg(VCC2 * ICC2) + ... + Avg(VCC_Nth * ICC_Nth)

I just played around with TINA a bit and apparently there is "Power Meter" from the "meter" menu

Attached is an example of the .TSC. It actually takes instantaneous power... so if you just want the power consumption

or power being dissipated, just take the average of the waveform/ of the instantaneous power
