TIDA-010039: Inverting analog input of AMC1306M05

Hi team,

I have a question about the grid current sensing circuit (AMC1306M05) in TI Reference Design TI-DA010039.

Looking at the schematics(TIDA-010039_Power CardE4_Sch.pdf), the Inverting analog input (AINN) of AMC1306M05 is not connected to AGND (GND_AMCx) as shown below.

But looking at the schematic examples in the datasheet (SBAS734C) and user guide (tiduej5.pdf), AINN is connected to AGND as shown below.

Why are these not connected to AGND (GND_AMCx)? Is it actually connected (shorted) to AGND (GND_AMCx) at the part of MMBZ33VALT1G described as "DNP"?

Hi,

You are correct, the AINN pin should be connected to GND_AMC1 for correct results.

Although I think there is a risk of design mistake, do you have a plan to modify the schematics of reference design?
