Could you give me advice on how to solve following installation error? The customer has confirmed the network connection, and it has no problem since Successful connection has shown. What should we do next?
Error massage:
Unable to start the installation because the required files cannot be read from the server. Try again later. In case the problem persists, contact your local IT support.
https://cdsplicwc.cadence.com/chws/test/connection.html -> It shows "Successful connection"
