TIDA-00978: when the voltage of D1-pin2 exceed 24V, the output voltage of OPA857-pin8 will be 0V, why?

Part Number: TIDA-00978

In my tests, when the voltage of D1-pin2 exceed 24V, the output voltage of OPA857-pin8 will be 0V, why? All of the devices have not been destroyed. When I decrease the voltage, the PCB can return to normal(the output DC voltage of OPA857-pin8 will be 1.83V).
