PSPICE-FOR-TI: Not received ACCESS KEY email

Hi Team,

A Japanese customer has applied Pspice-TI many times, but he still can get the ACCESS KEY email from pspice-for-ti@ti.com.

can you confirm the reason?

Did he apply fail? or any other reason?
