This question is been asked in another post but still not answered and that post is closed. Any answer for how?

Found that no Zener included other than DbreakZ. So we cant have a Zener in the simulations?
Salah,
The DbreakZ symbol refers to this built-in model "Dbreak":
.model Dbreak D Is=1e-14 Cjo=.1pF Rs=.1
If you want to change the breakdown voltage, the best approach is to create/get a different model and include that in your sim profile.
Thanks
JC
TI SPICE version does not allow adding as it will be limited nodes. They should include a Zener, as a default component, and can set its value through properties..... Also have another problem as some of the TI components, already in SPICE included, are considered an imported component, not TI by PSPICE SW.
Hi Salah,
Thanks for the feedback. We will discuss this requirement with the R&D team.
Thanks,
