PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE-FOR-TI set up

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

When I try to set up PSpice-For-TI, I get a message like the one in Fig 1.
Please give me some advice on how to deal with it.

    Installation for PSpice for TI requires access to the following:

    Please check with your IT team that you have access to these locations. You can also try the following:

    1. Open Internet Explorer (do not use a different browser)
    2. Click on the settings (gear icon in top right) -> Internet Options
    3. In the Internet Options, click on the Connections tab. Under the Connections tab, select “LAN settings”
    4. In the LAN Settings,  uncheck the first box, “Automatically detect settings”
    5. Click OK to close the LAN settings and OK again to close the Internet Options. You can close Internet Explorer.
    6. Relaunch the installation

    Please let me know if you have any further issues.

    I tried to access https://downloads.ti.com/, but my browser shows ERR_INVALID_RESPONCE.
    And when I try to access https://software-dl.ti.com, there is no response.
    I changed the settings of Internet Explorer, but the same message as before is displayed.
    Does it mean I don’t have access to the PSpice-for-TI?

    Is this due to the company's system?
    By the way, the situation is the same for personally managed personal computers.

    Is there anything else I can try?

    And about "cdsPspiceTIlog.txt file", it will be as follows.
    Can you understand what is the cause from the following?

    I see there was an error while reading the TI_URLs.txt. I'm not sure why that would occur. Would you please give the installation another try? If that fails, you can trying manually adding the attached file to C: \ Users \ yoko \ AppData \ Roaming \ Cadence \ PspiceTIInstall \

    I copied "TI_URLs.txt" to the specified folder.(fig1)
    When I run "PSpice-For-TI_setup" (fig2), "TI_URLs.txt" disappears and an error message is displayed. (fig3)
    "TI _ URLs.txt" remains erased thereafter.(fig4)

    cdsPspiceTIlog.tex is as follows.
    I deleted "TI _ URLs.txt" and tried to download it from the site, but did it fail?

    If you access "">pcb.cadence.com/.../TI_URLs.txt" (fig1), you can download "TI_URLs.txt". (fig2)
    But why does the download by "PSpice-For-TI_setup.exe" fail?
    Do you have anything to try?

    I have the following response from the developer:

    Are you using a VPN while installing PSpice for TI? If yes, please try installing with the VPN disabled. 

    If the issue is present even without VPN, please confirm with your IT team that your internet connection and security allows traffic to the following two servers on port 443:
        a. cdsplicwc.cadence.com
        b. software-dl.ti.com

    If you are using any proxy, please try changing to no proxy from the windows 10 settings.
