TIDA-020018: does the TIDA-020018 need LDO?

Hi team,

does the AMC1302-Q1 require LDO? cannot SN6501-Q1 directory supply? the TIDA-020018 looks LDO is needed.

    Hi Suzuki-san,

    The AMC1302 in and of itself does not require an LDO to function properly.  However, if you have a supply source that can vary based on input voltage conditions ahead of the transformer driver, it is good general practice to ensure the isolated amplifier has a stable power supply.
