It doesn't have current sensor in series with the inductor, when in constant voltage charging, is there only voltage feed back loop? no average current/peak current loop ?

Hello,
The control algorithm is explained in section 6.8 in PMP21529 design guide. When in constant voltage charging, only voltage feedback is needed. When in constant current charging, the current is sensed through R14, it is average current, and there is a current loop when in constant current charging.
