TIDA-010042: Charging while with Load

Hi Team, seeking clarification. can the TIDA-010042 charge a battery while at the same time power a load? then In addition to that, is ir also capable of powering the load using the battery in case the solar is not generating enough power?

    Hi Mark,

    Yes, it is possible. The load is connected in parallel to the battery. So if the solar power is more than the load power, the remaining power will go to charge the battery; if solar power is lower than load power, the shortage will be covered by the battery.
