TIDA-01063: Purchasing Question

Sarah, unfortunately,  no, there is no company that the design can be purchased from.  However, we could provide customer advise on where the design PCB was fabricated and as applicable, which supplier assembled the initial prototypes for us.  While we have one of our vendors provided fabricated pcb's, these reference designs you see here are often built, developed and tested in our internal labs.
