Hello team,
The customer installed PSPICE FOR TI. However when they run PSPICE FOR TI, they cannot get the library for TI device, then they can see the following massage.

INFO(ORCAP-2463): Library download is in progress.....
ERROR(ORCAP-2466):Reinstallation of libraries could not be started.
Try reinstalling libraries later.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Although they checked the following folder, there are not pspice libraryof TI device.
C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\pspTILibDir
They also checked the following folder, there is the only LibraryUpdate.log.
C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\pspTILibDir\download
When they checked LibraryUpdate.log, the following error message is in the file.
[2021_July_21_16_39_06] [ERROR] - Library Update Failed : Internal Error detected before downloading Library because of network issues. Check Internet connection and try again.
I think that it may be network issue of their condition. Is there anything they should check? For example, whether they can access the server where the library is located??
Would you please advise how they should check?
