Hello support team.
I am trying to run TIDA-00951 software but I am getting errors with CCS and I am not able to start the proyect.
I have used several versions CCS6.2.0, CCS7.0.0 and CCS10.4 and differents pc WIN7 and WIN10, but I can´t get it. I am using XDS110 Debug Probe.

Here you can see an error sample:

Buildfile generation error occurred..
This project was created using a version of compiler that is not currently installed - 6.4.2 [C2000]:
- See 'Help > Install New Software' and select 'Code Generation Tools Updates' to check if this compiler is available through a CCS update.
- Visit CCS App Center to get the latest compiler support.
- Or download and install the compiler [http://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/non-esd/downloads], then register it with CCS through 'Preferences > CCS > Build > Compilers'.
Build stopped..

And the question is:
What Do I doing bad?
What is it the suitable compiler?
How I can load TIDA-00951 firmware?

    it looks your complier is not suitable, please install the suitable version complier.

    Dear Guo.

    It is clear that I have a problem with the compiler version, that's why i'm asking. I have managed to start the compiler but now I have another problem and I am stopped with this subject. I don´t able to start the project. 

    Where is it these libraries?? Is it an emulator problem? How can I solve that?

    Here the error showed in the console:

    C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -600 @ 0x0) A required dynamic library could not be located. The library isn't on the search path. (Emulation package 6.0.504.1)

    This message shows you haven't well connected with your McU.

    Possible reason is,

    you haven't choose the right part number,
    or your board is not power up,
    or your Jtag port is not well connected with your board.
