Hi team,
When customer update the library, it failed and following comments showed up in Session Log.
INFO(ORCAP-2463): Library download is in progress.....
ERROR(ORCAP-2466): Reinstallation of libraries could not be started. Try reinstalling libraries later.
INI File Location:C:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\OrCAD_CaptureTIPSpice_Install/17.4.0/Capture.ini
As a result, there are no TI parts in the laibrary and there are only generic parts is shown in PSPICE Parts Search.
After above comments, customer tried to below operation, but same meesage is shown up.
Menu -> Help -> Reinstall TI Models and Libraries
Could you give me your advice how to include the TI library to PSPICE for TI?
