I have a question about import Altium design to Orcad, I know there is a feature of the Orcad that can import the Altium format, but it need the Altium design to be saved to ASCII format. when I am trying to run the import to the Orcad of the TX7316EVM design, the Orcad told me it is not in ASCII format, this is the first time I use this feature, so not sure I didn't use it correctly or the TX7316 design file is in binary format.
could you please help me confirm that the design of MHR054A.PcbDoc is in ASCII format?
as in your reply that most of the TI's EVM board are in Altium, should the ASCII format be a standard to facilitate the Orcad user?
