Thanks for your response.

I have tried the suggested steps 1-5. It doesn't help.  Adding "lang=en-US" to the orCefsettings.ini file doesn't help either.

With the hope to isolate the problem, I have decided to re-install a fresh package of PSpice for TI. The problem persists, though. Anyway, I have found by a chance that, when the Simulation Settings Window comes up and stays blank, a mouse click inside the "session log" window (or alternately clicks between the two windows and wait) will activate the loading of the information in the simulation settings window. This definitely sounds odd, but at least it make possible for me to carry on working at the mean time.

Well, I'll try to Reinstall TI models and libraries, and will let you know what happens.

Just finished the "Reinstall TI models and libraries" task. Unfortunately, the problem remains. 

I wonder if this has anything to do with my notebook. It's has an intel CoreTM i3-5005U, 2.0 GHz clock, 8 GB of DDR3 RAM , and 500 GB HDD, running under Windows 10 with recent updates. Is it too old and too small to handle PSpice for Ti?

Bythe way , for confirmation, a 'mouse click' in the session log window definitely helps to initiate the information loading in the blank Simulation settings window. I don't know what happens inside the running codes but it's a temporary solution to me.

Is there anything else I should look at?

After a few times of running the newly installed PSpice for TI 17.4-2021-S007, the same problem of simulation setting windows came up again.

Please leave this post open for another while. I would like to try a few more times of running the tool, to see if the problem persists.

For the past two days, I've run PSpice for TI on my pc for several times, the tool worked nicely until this afternoon (13:00pm BKK time). The problem of simulation settings window staying blank occurred again. I managed to run the process monitor and have got the files needed. I will send them to you via PM.

Would you please try the following steps illustrated by R&D?

1. Open Simulation Settings Dialog (It becomes Blank)
2. Open File -> Export -> Design XML
3. Wait for few seconds and you will see Simulation Settings Dialog starts working, then
4. Close the Design XML Dialog.

Let me know if this works.

I did step one above. Then tried to proceed onto step 2 but could not find the "Export/Design XML" command in the tool's main menu. Could you have me a hint on this, please?

I would like to inform that, since last weekend, PSpice for Ti on my pc has been running without encountering the blank simulation setting window. It looks like the problem has been finally fixed (from your side). Could you please confirm if that's the case?

No there's no change on our side. Other than license, the software does not get any updates over the web. 

If the issue came up again, please follow these steps to get information that helps us troubleshoot.

Open PSpice TI.

Go to main menu 'View > Command window'

It will enable the command window at bottom.

In command window, type the following command and execute it:

DboTclHelper_ReRegisterOrCADPlugins

Once it is executed. Close PSpiceTI and launch again.

Now open any project and see if Simulation setting window is coming up properly or not?

If it becomes blank again then go to main menu 'Options > Preferences'

Switch among different tabs and wait for few seconds.

and you will see Simulation Settings Dialog starts working, then Close the 'Preferences' Dialog.

The blank simulation settings window just came up again. I have tried the above suggestions and found that

However, the window does not response to any mouse click inside its own area. The worst is that an attempt to close the window by click the "x" icon at the top right corner of the window always causes the tool to crash.
