It is installed on two PCs, and this time it failed on the third PC.
The first one I activated was a rental PC, which has already been returned, so I would like to revoke the license.

It sounds like maybe you haven't reached the 3 computer limit yet, so I'm concerned that something else could have gone wrong with your installation. Please do share the screenshot when you get the chance. Could you also share the installation log, which is usually located at C:\Users\< your user account >\AppData\Roaming\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPspiceTIlog.txt?
