TIDA-00623: Question about TIDA-00623 Altium Designer project file.

Another Question here. I noticed that there is also an M7 LPKF Text Top layer in the project files of other reference designs. What is the layer M7 LPKF Text Top used for? In addition, what does LPKF mean?

M7 and M8 are not needed they are part of he standard pcb layout stack up.

The M7 and M8 layers are not needed for TIDA-00623 design.

I have checked with the layout teams and they are not using it.  The layers are a standard part of the layout stack up template used for evaluation boards.

Layout team indicated it is to support LPKF Laser & Electronics PCB Depaneling and PCB Milling system (rapid prototyping).

So LPKF is the name of a company and the company has Laser Depaneling system and PCB Milling system, right?
