Hi Juan.

Hope you're doing well!

As stated in the design guide, the simulation was performed with "worse-than-calculated" thermal sim tool. Personally, I haven't used that tool. I need to check with the original designer. Meanwhile, I have PLECS, which incl. thermal sim for power switches.

Quick question, the worse-than-calculated is a feature also in PLECS?

Just to point the customer to PLECS.

no, worse-than-calculated is not in PLECS.
