Virus warning while running PSPICE for TI

I downloaded PSPICE for TI recently. When I run it, sometimes my anti virus software (Quick Heal AntiVirus Pro) shows warning: "Detected: HEUR:Ransom.Win32.Inp" and the program does not run. Screenshot of the warning is attached. Can someone help? Thanks,

Today I received a mail from TI Customer Support asking me from where I downloaded this file. I downloaded this file from the TI website.

I want to point out that the warning shows sometimes only. Otherwise the software is working.

Hi Yogesh,

We recommend adding C:\cadence in exception list of antivirus, and also to raise a ticket to Quickheal to prevent this in the future.

HEUR:Ransom.Win32.Inp is NOT part of the PSpice for TI installation. We recommend you consult with your IT department to handle this.
