Dear TI
How do I build or produce a jtag emulator(XDS200, XDS560) in a general company?
I wonder if they will receive development materials(schematic?, firmware?) after signing a separate contract with TI.
Best regards, Choi

Choi,
XDS110 is an open design. The design information is part of the schematic for our LaunchPad development kits. Some LaunchPads have an XDS110 with basic debug features, others implement EnergyTrace. The firmware itself comes with Code Composer Studio.
XDS200 and XDS560v2 are older closed designs.
The majority of users use XDS110 today.

John
Dear TI and Dear JohnS
Thanks you.
Question1
I find XDS110 schematic in C2000ware.
perhanps, Is there a circuit newer than this one?

Question2
I confirmed that the circuit used MSP432E401YTPDT. Is there a guide to changing the firmware update of this device to USB?
Question3
Are there any technical information(pdf) for electrical specifications and operation of XDS110 jtag signals?
Best regards, Choi
MSP432E401YTPDT and TM4C1294NCPDT are the most common devices used in the XDS110.
This page has information on the firmware and bootloader programming:

There is no documents specific to designing an XDS110 that cover electrical specifcations. The few people that create their own typically copy one of the LaunchPad designs. There are some general tips in this document. It is more for board design and bringing the JTAG signals out to a header but much of the same guidance is applicable.
