PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE-FOR-TI can not be installed

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI

PSPICE can not be installed, and show "Could not connect to establish credentials" as below figure.

Using "System Administrator" to install is helpless for this issue.

Is any possible to solve this issue?

    Hi Hikaru,

    Please check if you have the file "cdsPspiceTIlog.txt" in the directory "%appdata%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall" and share it with us.

    Thanks your reply. I got the file "cdsPspiceTIlog.txt" but I am not sure how to share this by E2E due to another file insertion problem as below figure.


    I can send this by email if I have your email address.

    Hi JC
    I cannot connect the URL by laptop but can connect the URL by hand phone as different internal domain (office wifi for laptop / 4G for hand phone), 
    Is any possible to solve this?
