I don't know why when I open PSIPIC for TI and it will pop out the fault says unable to validate licenses as below picture. actually, I'm in TI office and IT confirm that I'm not open the VPN. I can browse web no any issue. this shown that I should be good for internet connect. could you please help me to solve the issue?
