They try to download the code from link below.

FirmPSE APP code: PSE system firmware application code
FirmPSE BSL code: PSE system firmware boot strap loader code
FirmPSE GUI: TI’s TPS2388x FirmPSE System Software Ecosystem GUI

it always shows below. Can I know where I can download them?

Thanks. I got it.

But there is only image file. Can I use PSE_SYSTEM_FIRMWARE_GUI to change the i2c speed for i2c master port?

my customer has i2c lock issue and try to lower the i2c speed.

Hi Frank,

Do you mean the I2C between host and MCU or between MCU and PSE? Unfortunately, we can't change the I2C speed for both through GUI.

not host to MCU. the clock speed from host is 100KHz.

The clock speed from MCU to PSE is 400KHz. They found the i2c bus would be held sometimes. So, they want to try to use 100KHz.

Hi Frank,

We have fixed the I2C speed between MCU and PSE. We tested on our and our customers also used the same on their system and there's no issue on the I2C bus. Did the issue only happen under certain condition? Can you send me their schematics? Thanks.
