TIDA-010071: TIDA-010071, AUX Power(+13V), VS

Part Number: TIDA-010071

Experiments are being conducted to output auxiliary power. There is no output voltage.

When I figured it out, it seems to be a shutdown operation due to overvoltage somehow.

When the VS voltage of the UCC28740DR controller is measured by dividing the input voltage resistance, the following waveform is found.

<CH3 : MOSFET(Vds) // CH4 : UCC28740 VS(Voltage Sense)>

The voltage across VS looks like noise. TIDA-010071 In which part of the AUX POWER circuit should the element value be changed?
