TIDA-01604: Code resets when DSP power is removed despite loading the code into Flash memory

Hello, I am driving PFC by referring to TIDA-01604 provided by TI. However, the problem is that I have to put the code through the debugger every time the DSP is re-powered.

There is no problem in actual operation, but there is the hassle of having to load the code every time. I am using the project provided by TI as is.
