My customer now checks TIDA-01393 for using Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale XCZU11EG.
as you know there is TPS6508641 in TIDA-01393, but I think it is little different from TPS6508640.
and I found the comparison table in the datasheet.
Based on this table, I think that I should use TPS6508640 instead of TPS6508641 for XCZU11EG.
Could you check it whether I am right or not?

I think you are correct. Below is a picture I clipped from the TIDA-01393 design guide. This is the same table that you already mentioned but it has some extra details. TPS6508640 is recommended for Zynq Ultrascale+ products ZU6 - ZU15. Since you are using the XCZU11EG, I would stick with the TPS6508640 PMIC. Figure 2 in the design guide shows the power map example for connecting ZU11 MPSoC with the TPS6508640.
Also, according to this table from the design guide, it looks like TPS6508641 does not properly support the specific MPSoC you are using so I would go with the TPS6508640.
